Returns and refunds

Eligibility for Returns

  • Returns must be requested within 14 days of receiving your order.
  • Items must be returned in their original condition — unused, unworn, unwashed, and with all original packaging and tags intact.
  • Custom or personalized items cannot be returned unless they arrive damaged or defective.
  • Jewelry must be handled with care; any signs of wear or damage caused after receipt will void the return eligibility.

How to Initiate a Return

To start the return process, please:

  1. Contact us within 14 days via WhatsApp or email, providing your order number and reason for return.
  2. Our customer care team will review your request and provide instructions on how to return your item.
  3. Pack the item securely in its original packaging or a suitable alternative to avoid damage during transit.
  4. Ship the item back to the provided return address.

Return Shipping

  • Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, except in cases where the return is due to a mistake on our part (e.g., wrong or faulty item).
  • We recommend using a trackable shipping service to ensure your return reaches us safely.

Refunds

  • Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
  • If approved, your refund will be processed to the original payment method within 7–10 business days.
  • Shipping fees (both original and return) are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.
  • In the event of a partial refund (e.g., damaged item), we will communicate the details before processing.

Exchanges

Currently, we do not offer direct exchanges. If you wish to exchange an item, please return the original product for a refund and place a new order for the desired item.

Damaged or Faulty Items

If you receive a damaged or faulty item, please contact us immediately within 48 hours of delivery with photos showing the issue. We will arrange a replacement or refund at no extra cost.
